Orders with pending payments are automatically considered canceled from our end. 

Such orders are not processed further.


If you still intend to cancel, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Log in using your registered email ID.
  2. Access "My Account."
  3. Choose the order you want to cancel.
  4. Click the CANCEL option on the order page.
  5. Upon cancellation, your order status will be updated to "Cancelled."
