If Panash India approves the return of an item, the corresponding amount will be credited to the customer's account as store credit exclusively. 

For cancellations made before shipment and within 24 hours of order placement, full reimbursement amounting to 100% will be initiated as a store credit. 

In the case of a refund directly to your bank, a Cancellation Fee of 5% of the final order value, encompassing management and handling charges, will be deducted by Panash India. 

However, we do not accept returns of customized orders.
